Appetizers

Hors d'oeuvres are based on the time of day, duration of event & number of attendees. They can be dressed up for a formal affair with chefs at each station and butler passed selections or dressed down for a casual environment with self serve buffet stations.

Stations

Make a meal out of fun appetizer stations. Chefs will prepare specialties to order or choose those that do not require a chef. Set apart with decor appropriate to the theme, stations can be a fun option!

Family-Style

There's no secret that family-style seating is a favorite around here.
The clean, elongated lines that family-style seating creates is so different than the look you get with standard round tables. The increased movement of guests is something I notice every time one of our receptions is set for family-style seating!
