Authentic Mexican "Streets" Tacos
Let me be a little clearer, I was not part of the meal time only after when they were done. We were told to help ourselves before you came to pick up the leftovers. So it was not like fresh, fresh. They ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken tacos and assorted dessert tray. The tacos were delicious but the pork was a little more flavorful than the chicken, but I am a salt lover so that could explain it. The best part and I raved about them to everyone and I did not hear back about them. The peach tart things were AMAZING!! I wanted a whole dozen of them to eat!! Still do so if your reading this, hook a brother up!!

Pasta Station
From our tasting to our wedding day, Encore made sure everything was tailored to our liking! Encore went above and beyond for us, making adjustments to their dishes for our all-vegetarian feast. Our guests didn't miss meat whatsoever—they loved the food and we got numerous compliments on our choices. Loved working with Kim and Alissa. Both of them made the process fun. It really felt like they were our pseudo-wedding coordinators as they handled all the details (beyond just food—we're talking venue setup, decorations, cleanup, etc) flawlessly. Thank you Encore!

Street Taco Buffet
The rice was tender and flavorful. The black beans...like mammi used to make! The shredded pork and chicken so savory, juicy and delicious. The desserts were fantabulous! All this was handmade and prepared by angels! So when you are looking for that food that fills you and makes you come back for more, look no place else than Encore!
Beef Medallions w/ Mushroom Demi Glace
We couldn't have asked for more from Encore Catering and their team for making our daughters wedding special. The guests still are remarking on the quality of food and service. The medallions of beef were fork tender and perfectly cooked , the chicken mercadito flavorful and my family and friends would love to have the green chili mac and cheese recipe it's that good! Thank you Kim and the rest of Encore Catering for being part of this very special day!
